Ermo wines tell a story about their place of production, about respect for nature, design, and architecture — a pioneering project with a curatorial approach, made up of excitement, dazzle, and rigor. The goal is to take the Alentejo wines further, developing low-intervention, limited-production wines, that combine the best of the region's soils, the best of the people, precision viticulture, and character oenology.
